Water’s Edge of Bradenton is easy to find and located near the beach, shopping, and churches:
Arriving from the North
Take I-75 to Exit # 220, State Road 64. Go west on 64 into Bradenton. 64
becomes Manatee Avenue. Continue on Manatee Avenue until you reach 14th
Street West. Turn left on 14th Street West and continue south to 30th Avenue
West. You will turn right on 30th. Enter Water's Edge on your left
approximately 3 blocks west of 14th Street.
Arriving from the South
Take I-75 to Exit # 217, State Road 70. Go West on 70 into Bradenton to US
41 and turn north. At Cortez Road you will continue north on Business 41,
also called 14th Street. You will turn left on 30th Avenue heading west.
Enter Water's Edge on your left approximately 3 blocks west of 14th Street.
